uPackingList app privacy policy
NIX Solutions Ltd. (“NIX Solutions” or “we”) respect the privacy rights of our users and are strongly committed to protecting them. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, store, and use the information collected in connection with uPackingList application (the “Application”).
This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Application and does not apply to any websites or applications that are owned or operated by third parties (“Third-Party Applications”), which may have data collection, storage and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy. Collection of information
We do not collect, share, lease or sell any personal information from you. All application’s data is stored and used locally.
Should you contact us by email, we will use your email address to respond to your questions, suggestions, and/or requests for assistance in using our application.
How we use your email information
Any of the information we collect from you by email may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience. Your information helps us to better respond to your needs.
- To improve our app. We continually strive to improve our application offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
- To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
We will not sell, share or rent this information to any third parties.
Third-Party Applications
uPackingList uses third-parties for usage analytics for the Applications. These third-parties may gather Personal Information, Mobile Device Data and log data to collect traffic and activity data in order to deliver relevant metrics. We do not share your non-public Personal Information with these parties. The collection of this information by third-parties is subject to such third-parties’ privacy policies.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Updates and changes to Privacy Policy
NIX Solutions reserve the right to update, change or modify this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will change the last updated date above to let you know we made a change.
