Middle SEO Specialist

  • Internal and external site optimization for Google (main) and Bing in the USA market
  • Compilation of the semantic core, clustering, formation of the site structure, development of briefs for new service pages of the site
  • Technical audit of the site
  • Competitor analysis (content and links) and niche research
  • Work with blog content (analysis of content effectiveness, the regular creation of briefs for new blog articles, and work with updating published articles)
  • Preparation/review briefs for content writing
  • Creation link building strategies
  • Link building (through services and manual outreach for the USA market) 
  • Regular control and monitoring of the link profile
  • Develop long-term strategies that integrate SEO and PPC, maximizing the synergy between these 2 channels and their implementation.
  • Relinking
  • Setting tasks for copywriters and programmers
  • Adjustment of promotion strategy after search engine updates
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting


  • Experience as an SEO specialist from 3-5 years: in an agency or in-house
  • Successful cases of SEO promotion, preferably – in the USA market 
  • Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Seranking, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, Netpeak spider, Netpeak checker
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Knowledge of optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the site
  • Quantitative, pragmatic, and methodical approach to SEO
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS
  • Ability and activity to analyze data
  • Result orientation
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics
  • Bachelor’s-Master degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. Additional education and courses preferred
  • Language knowledge: English (intermediate /upper-intermediate), UA – basic, RU – doesn’t matter
