We are looking for a contractor who, if necessary, is ready to independently relocate to Hungary, Budapest.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing full secretarial and administrative services
- Organization of business trips of managers or teams (buying tickets, searching and booking hotels, making travel plans)
- Preparation of comprehensive and detailed travel plans, routes and schedules, as well as preparation of documents for meetings
- Maintenance of financial documentation
- Conducting in-depth analytical work, translation and information support
- Organization of document management (receiving and sending documentation, reporting)
- Communication with counterparties
- Issuance of visas, invitations
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of the Hungarian language will be required
- Confident skills in using Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Experience in organizing business meetings, keeping protocols and document management
- The ability to communicate with middle managers
- Sociability and openness
