  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using various ServiceNow features and tools (Glide, UI Actions, Business Rules, etc.).
  • Implement best practices for code reusability, maintainability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and best practices.
  • Document work effectively and maintain thorough knowledge of existing system configurations.
  • Contribute to and mentor junior developers, promoting a collaborative and learning environment.


  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages (Glide, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • ServiceNow Platform: Expertise in core modules like ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, and knowledge of emerging modules like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Scripting Languages: GlideScript, JavaScript, Jelly, with understanding of scripting best practices and code reusability.
  • APIs and Integrations: Experience with REST APIs, web services, and ServiceNow Integration Hub for seamless external system integrations.
  • Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for collaborative development and code management.
  • Full-Stack Development: Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) for building custom ServiceNow UI elements.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms for hosting and managing ServiceNow instances.
  • DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles for automated deployments and infrastructure management.
  • Security and Compliance: Understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and relevant compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).


  • Reporting and Analytics: Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting tools and data analysis techniques for generating insights and optimizing platform usage.
