We are looking for a contractor who, if necessary, is ready to independently relocate to Hungary, Budapest.


  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.


  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of English, Hungarian and Ukrainian languages (at least B2 level).
  • Knowledge of the local IT market.
  • High-energy and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and creative approach to sourcing, headhunting.
  • Effective work under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
