We are looking for a contractor who, if necessary, is ready to independently relocate to Hungary, Budapest.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (verbal and written, at least B2), knowledge of Ukrainian will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the local IT market.
- High-energy and passion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and creative approach to sourcing, headhunting.
- Effective work under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
