We are looking for a creative SMM manager for the multinational brand NIX. This is a professional who will develop our company’s Product. The Product is the Services we provide to our partners. 

SMM-manager is a person who promotes a brand and product on social networks. 

Theirs primary responsibilities are:

  • making a promotion strategy;
  • regular content filling groups and publishers; 
  • constant monitoring and moderation of pages;
  • organization and implementation of advertising campaigns in social networks.

The social media manager attracts subscribers, encourages people to communicate, organizes and conducts events as part of the overall brand strategy, competently responds to comments (criticism), and works with targeted advertising specialists

Responsibilities for SMM manager

  • Planning and developing social media campaigns
  • Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
  • Posting content across social media accounts
  • Engaging with partners on different channels
  • Analyzing running campaigns
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Development of new channels for social media communication
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop marketing strategies
  • Participation in the development of the event plan, as well as in the preparation and promotion of a particular event in social channels
  • Participation in the development of strategy and promotion of the teams experts in social networks
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the our marketing activities 
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs 
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

Key skills for SMM manager

  • Strong writing skills (for posts, press releases, short stories, comments)
  • Creative thinking
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
  • The ability to notice trends when they are just gaining momentum
  • Knowledge of the basic mechanics of promotion in social networks
  • Experience with Linkedin Ads and Fb Ads
  • Experience in promoting brands in foreign markets
  • Team working skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to select metrics for performance analysis and interpret them
  • An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience in IT will be a plus

Qualifications for SMM manager

  • Bachelor’s-Master degree in Marketing, PR, Business Management or related field. Additional education and courses preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SMM, marketing, digital marketing.
  • Language knowledge: English (upper-intermediate – advanced, more preferd), UA – basic.
  • Able to work remotely
  • Willingness to relocate to another country
