Strong Junior/Middle Business Analyst — Large-scale HRM Platform

  •   Our customer is one of the leaders of the USA market of contingent workforce management services providers. The customer regularly receives awards for the services and software.
  •   The project is large enterprise software that includes 4 web user interfaces, mobile iOS, and Android apps. The product supports advanced customization to meet clients’ needs.
  •   Clients of the customer are world-known companies in retail, pharmacy, IT, and other industries.


  •   Plan business analysis activities.
  •   Directly communicate with users and stakeholders as a member of the product management team. Harmonize requirements of different stakeholder groups.
  •   Take part in business requirements elicitation and analysis.
  •   Improve business analysis process.
  •   Develop functional requirements.
  •   Communicate requirements to the development team, support the development team during implementation.
  •   Support and take part in pre- and post-release activities like user acceptance testing and communication of changes to the user groups.
  •   Regular business trips to the USA.


  •   2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar position in IT.
  •   Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  •   Advanced communication skills — leading meetings and facilitating discussions.
  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •   Be ready to work on a shifted schedule 2 days per week (till 09-00 PM).


  •   Technical/software development background and mindset.
  •   Experience in SQL.
  •   Experience in data analysis.
  •   Experience in wireframing.
