Marketing Research Specialist

About Position

We are looking for a Marketer to join our team. The Marketer’s understanding is comprehensive, but we will try to narrow the focus as much as possible. Globally, we need a Marketer with a traditional understanding of the work of a marketer. 

In this position, the Marketer will develop strategies to promote our brand’s products, perform market analysis (competitors, products, technology, etc.), participate in consumer research, and work with communication channels with potential clients (mainly digital channels).

Another marketing focus-area that doesn’t always neatly sort between traditional and digital, market research is the practice of mining various forms of data in order to more effectively market a product. To do this, they conduct competitive research and consumer surveys and interview panels of potential customers. This information is then used to help determine product positioning, price, key messages and other important strategic decisions—many of which span both traditional and digital marketing.  

Responsibilities of the Marketer:

  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Create and implementing marketing strategies
  • Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and report key findings to stakeholders
  • Direct market research studies and analyzing their findings
  • Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, lead brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects
  • Help gather, analyze, and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and data
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

  • Ability to form tasks for the team and monitor their implementation
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with text will be a plus
  • Experience in IT will be a plus
  • Project management experience will be a plus

Qualifications of the Marketer:

  • Bachelor–Master degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field; additional education and courses preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing management
  • Language knowledge: English (upper-intermediate), UA (basic), RU (any level)
  • Able to work remotely with the prospect of working in the office (when possible according to the situation in Ukraine
