Junior Tech Support Engineer

NIX Solutions is looking for a Junior Tech Support Engineer (1st Line) to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting international clients
  • Sending emails
  • Investigating problems reported by a client
  • Logging and tracking issues
  • Conducting online meetings
  • Creating and testing public solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Upper Intermediate/Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Computer Science education and/or advanced PC user
  • University graduate or senior-year student (full-time job)
  • Psychological stability and high level of patience
  • Able to work overtime and/or on holidays if necessary

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Technical Support experience, particularly in PC and network troubleshooting
  • QA experience
  • Understanding of software development life cycle
  • Experience in international exchange programs or working with international staff
  • Knowledge of System Administration and Networking
  • Knowledge of Oracle SQL
