Customer happiness officer

NIX Solutions is looking for an A-player to join our team and help assist our amazing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships of trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handle and promptly resolve requests from clients via chat, email, and phone
  • Serve as an additional point-of-contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the NIX teams
  • Collect and prioritize customer feedback
  • Work effectively with other departments to drive issues to resolution
  • Help our teams implement continuous improvements based on the gathered feedback

Required skills:

  • Proactive problem-solver mindset and can-do attitude
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with supporting online applications, Internet technologies, and is adept at communicating technical concepts
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar will be a plus
