Rail system is a demo-software product, intended for the automation of railroad station client serving process. All system users communicate with the system via WEB-interface, using simple WEB-browser. Rail system is based on Java EJB technology, JSP, Weblogic 5.1 application server, Oracle 8i RDBMS. The software components developed for this system can be reused for building similar customer serving systems for railroad companies, airway companies and shipping companies.
