Description
PM Tools is a system designed to automate workforce management in a small to middle-size company.
PM Tools is a convenient tool for forecasting workforce load, which enables optimization of person/project assignment and makes it possible to substantially reduce project risks.
Though originally designed for software development industry it may be used for tracking man-hours in various other industries.
Unlike similar systems PM Tools is based on an advanced client-server concept, which enables project managers to conveniently supervise several project groups based in different locations.
The system consists of the following component parts: Developer Client, Manager Client, Chief Programmer Officer Client, and Database.
